Sizing Guide

Abayas are made to be loose fitting and sizes are based on height.

These height measurements below correspond to our available sizes:

Abaya Size: Your Height

Size 52: 152cm-154cm / 5-5'1

Size 54: 157cm-160cm / 5'2-5'3

Size 56: 162cm-165cm / 5'4-5'5

Size 58: 167cm-170cm / 5'6-5'7

*Sizes may vary dependant on the style of the garment.

*If wearing with heels, or you prefer a longer look, we recommend sizing up.

Please ensure you have selected your correct size before placing any orders.

Care Instructions

  • Hand wash with similar colours only
  • Hang to dry
  • DO NOT tumble dry, as this may affect delicate beading, diamantes and/or stone work
  • Use a garment steamer or a sheet/towel over the abaya to protect the fabric and bead/stone work from the heat

Standard Delivery:

We process orders within 2 working days of purchase.

For parcels within Australia, shipping is between 2-9 working days.

For international parcels, shipping will vary depending on your location. A more accurate shipping time will be provided at checkout.

International Shipping Rates:

YES, we have international shipping options. 

(United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States - we will update this list once more international shipping rates become available.)

Please note that shipping to certain countries may not be possible due to travel restrictions and limitations.

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct to avoid delays or mis-deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges. Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct style and size before placing your order.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we inspect all items before they are shipped. However, in the rare event that you find a fault with any of our abayas, we would like to help you resolve the problem promptly. Please inspect all items when you have received your parcel; if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us via email (support@rahma.au) within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach all relevant images for reason of return. Once we have assessed the issue and the item/s are approved for a refund, we will send you a paid postage label to return the item. When the item has been received, you will be reimbursed through your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements or have been used, damaged or altered in any way. 

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received them. Any item/s that is damaged, worn, stained or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Please note that any return requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accommodated.

We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are also unavailable for defects or faults which are a result of misuse or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
